Spacious two-bedroom suites with great amenities.

The floors in the room were incredibly dirty, especially in the kitchen, leaving our socks black after just walking around. The mattress was too firm, causing stiffness and aches every morning of our four-night stay.

A suite with surprises

The suite's full kitchen was a game-changer, allowing us to whip up dinners together after long days. The outdoor area with a fire pit felt like home away from home.

However, the initial room smelled musty, leading to a quick room change. The replaced room, though spacious, had a few housekeeping quirks that could use attention.

The outdoor patio with a fire pit was perfect for evening gatherings with my grandkids. We enjoyed playing games outside and even took a short drive to explore the Jacksonville Zoo.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve the breakfast options for families with children.

Loved the pool, gym, and basketball court! The outdoor area was perfect for chilling. Felt so at home during my stay.

The breakfast options offered variety, which was nice. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep it cool, making it uncomfortable. There is a convenient bike rental nearby for a fun way to explore.

The front desk staff were a highlight, always friendly and very accommodating, making a great first impression. The room setup was convenient, but the cleanliness fell short, especially with a moldy shower and a lack of basic amenities like drinking cups and soap. Additionally, the breakfast area could use stricter health protocols, as staff members weren't consistently masked. Parking was a breeze, and the good coffee added a pleasant touch to the morning routine.

Had a nice time at this hotel with comfy beds and great breakfast options. There’s a lovely outdoor pool and a cozy lounge where you can relax after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the cleaning could use a little tightening up, but overall, it’s a solid stay! 😊

Awesome staff and comfy stay!

The staff were super friendly and really took care of us! Kenya, the housekeeper, was a lifesaver getting us settled when the card machine was acting up. Breakfast was nice, and we loved the picnic area for our lunch. Just a bit noisy with slamming doors if you’re a light sleeper.

The outdoor picnic area was a gem, making it a great spot to enjoy a bite under the sun. Plus, the warmth of the staff added a nice touch to my stay.

But not all that glitters is gold. the floors were so dirty I could've hosted a sock puppet show with all that black dust. My mattress felt like a rock concert, left me stiff each morning, and the haze of. well, let's say 'herbal aromas' in the hallway wasn’t exactly charming.

The sofa bed provided extra comfort, while the dirty kitchen floors were disappointing.

I spent 6 nights at the Residence Inn in Jacksonville. The room was a spacious King Studio with a full kitchen. The kitchen had all the essentials like pots, pans, and utensils which was perfect for making my own meals. The AC worked really well, keeping the room comfortable. I loved the outdoor area with the grill and fire pit. it was great for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was included, and I enjoyed the variety, especially the hot options during the weekend. However, I faced some cleanliness issues. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and I found leftover paper towels from the previous guest. The carpets felt a bit worn, and I noticed an unusual smell in the hallway. Despite the friendly staff, the maintenance needs to be improved, especially with the shower that had inconsistent water temperatures. Parking was plentiful and easy to access, which was a plus. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
